Session Pricing
With years of experience working with women of all backgrounds, my personal training approach provides a foundation for building sustainable Strength, Confidence, and Vitality. Through well-rounded full-body workouts and thoughtful progression that aligns with your body’s natural pace, I help you reconnect with strength you can see, feel, and rely on.
Initial Session — $135 (90 minutes)
This extended 1-on-1 session is designed to give you a sense of what it’s like to work together and a feel of how we train. It includes a full workout, movement and fitness assessment, and an in-depth consultation. We’ll go over your health history, goals, and expectations from training. From there, I’ll create a personalized training plan that meets you where you are and moves you toward where you want to be.
Monthly Packages (60-minute sessions)
4 sessions/month — $400
8 sessions/month — $760
12 sessions/month — $1080
Payments are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Enjoy a discounted rate when paying by cash or check.
